We stand behind our service. If we fail to deliver the 20 testers required for the 14-day period, or if your app is rejected specifically due to lack of tester engagement (with proof), we will issue a full refund.
1. Eligibility for Full Refund
You are eligible for a 100% refund if:
- Service Non-Delivery: We failed to assign the purchased number of testers to your Google Group within 48 hours of you providing the correct links.
- Engagement Rejection: Google Play rejects your application for Production Access specifically citing "Insufficient Tester Engagement" AND you provide us with a screenshot of this rejection email/notification.
- Duplicate Charge: You were accidentally charged twice for the same service.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will NOT be granted under the following circumstances:
- App Crashes/Bugs: If testers cannot open or use your app because it crashes, freezes, or has critical bugs. It is your responsibility to provide a stable build.
- Policy Violations: If your app is rejected, suspended, or removed by Google for violating Play Store policies (e.g., malware, deceptive behavior, copyright infringement).
- Change of Mind: If you decide to cancel the service after testers have already been assigned and started their work.
- Inactivity by Developer: If you fail to maintain the "Closed Testing" track active for the required 14 days or remove the app from the console yourself.
3. Free Re-Test Option
In cases where Google rejects an app for engagement reasons (even if it's a borderline case), we typically offer a Free Re-Run of the 14-day cycle as a first step. This is often faster and more beneficial than a refund, as it helps you get published. You may choose between the free re-test or the refund.
4. Processing Time
Refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours. Once approved, funds are returned to your original payment method . Please allow:
- Credit Cards: 5-10 business days for the bank to process.
- PayPal: Often instant or within 1 business day.
