Welcome to 12Testers14Days.com ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing our website and purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

We provide a service connecting Android App Developers with real human testers to fulfill Google Play's requirement of 20 testers for 14 continuous days. Our service includes:

• Recruitment of the selected number of testers (12, 20, or 25).
• Monitoring of daily tester engagement.
• Provision of feedback reports upon completion.

3. User Obligations

To ensure the success of the testing phase, you (the "Developer") agree to:

• Provide a valid, working Google Play Web Link and Google Group Link immediately after purchase.
• Ensure your app does not contain malware, spyware, or illegal content.
• Ensure your app is stable. We are not responsible for testing failures caused by app crashes or critical bugs that prevent testers from opening the app.
• Keep the "Closed Testing" track active in your Google Play Console for the full 14-day duration.

4. Payments and Refunds

4.1 Payment: All payments are processed securely via third-party providers (PayPal). We do not store your credit card information.

4.2 Refund Policy: We offer a 100% Money-Back Guarantee under the following conditions:

• We failed to provide the purchased number of testers within 48 hours of your submission of valid links.
• Your app was rejected by Google specifically citing "Insufficient Tester Engagement," and you provide a screenshot of this rejection notice. In this case, we offer a free re-test or a full refund.

Refunds are NOT granted if:

• Your app is rejected for policy violations (e.g., copyright infringement, inappropriate content).
• Your app crashes repeatedly, preventing testers from performing their duties.
• You cancel the testing track or remove the app from the Play Console during the 14-day period.

5. Disclaimer of Guarantees

While we guarantee the process (providing testers and engagement), we cannot legally guarantee the outcome (Google Play Production Access). The final decision to approve an app rests solely with Google. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Google LLC or Alphabet Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall 12Testers14Days, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of our service.
